At Freewrite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your distraction-free writing experience. If your device isn't the perfect fit for your workflow, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is in its original condition and pack it securely in the original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
